Her Academy
"When Women Support Women, Wonderful Things Happen!"
Her Academy was founded by Stern Levi and Tal Hamoui Granot in 2016. Their vision is that every woman deserves the opportunity to earn a dignified wage, acquire a profession and build a new life for herself. The college's approach has been recognized as unique in the world and their ground breaking model provides vocational training and life skills for women seeking to return to the workforce after years in prostitution.
Turning the Tables
Together with Lilach Tzur, Iris established Turning the Tables in 2011. It is a vocational training project, business incubator and a social business for trafficked women and those exiting the cycles of addiction and prostitution.
